Due to the sensitive nature of undergarments and lingerie, change of mind returns are not acceptable at Guppu.pk.

Size Exchange Policy

We do offer an exchange option in case of size issues, subject to the following conditions:

• Size exchange is allowed within 7 days of receiving the order.
• The customer must ship the product back within 7 days for exchange eligibility.
• Shipping charges (both sides) will be borne by the customer.
• The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
• There must be no stains, marks, or odor on the garment.
• Original tags must remain attached and intact.

Any item that does not meet these conditions will not be eligible for exchange.

What If the Product Is Damaged or Incorrect?

If you receive an item in damaged condition or a product that does not match its description, you may request a replacement or exchange free of cost.

• The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• A clear unedited video of opening the parcel is required as proof of damage or incorrect product.
• The video must clearly show the sealed parcel, opening process, and the damaged or incorrect item unboxing for verification.
• In such cases, Guppu.pk will bear all shipping charges.
