Waist--- this is the thinnest (پتلا) part of your body,which is located between the ribs and the navel. without tension, but with comfortable and close fit to the figure, wrap the measuring tape around your waist.
2-Hip circumference measurement
Make sure the tape is parallel to the floor. Straight the body, put your feet to each other. Measurements are performed in the widest and protruding (پھیلا ہوا) part of the hips.
